Cancellation Policy
At Brow Bar & Co., each appointment is reserved especially for you.
A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking and will be applied toward your service total.
Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
Appointments canceled, rescheduled, or no-showed within 24 hours of the scheduled time will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
No-show appointments may require a new deposit or full prepayment to book future services.
PMU services require extended time and preparation; therefore, PMU deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
